I'm not normally a gal who loves surprises but when I get an email letting me know that there is a surprise sale going on at Kate Spade I spaz out! Tempted oh so tempted to snag everything with a bow and sequins on it. The sale only lasts till tomorrow evening so if you're going to indulge do it fast! Shop the sale here  and thank me later. 

Prabal Gurung's collection for Target

So if you're like me you love Target. Well, I may have a slight obsession with Target but that's a different story. The mega store does amazing designer collaborations every so often and next up is Prabal Gurung's collection. I am thrilled the designer is offering the collection at Target prices for budget fashionistas and even more excited that it goes on sale this weekend! I personally will try to face the crowds to get my hands on a couple of pieces so wish me luck because something tells me this collection will not last. Can we say Missoni part deux? Primp my closet

Keeping along with the resolution theme, another one of my main resolutions is to finally complete my girl lounge/closet. I am happy to report that  I have made some progress along the way but not close to what I want it to look like just yet. My ever so handsome boyfriend did put a flat screen on one of the walls so now I can watch TV while I primp. I tend to be a nerd in the morning and watch the news while getting ready for work and who doesn't love a good episode of Shahs of Sunset while getting ready for a night on the town? My inspiration for the girl lounge goes something like this...

New Year, New Me

While the New Year has come and gone,everyone has made goals and resolutions for the 2013. I, on the other hand have been stuck in vacation mode. It's been pretty hard to break back into routine but as one of my resolutions I planned on really getting serious with this blogging thing. It's been something I have wanted to do for so long but have been terrified of actually following through with it because well quite frankly there are so many fabulous blogs and bloggers out there that I am scared to just be lost in the crowd. Determined not to give up on a passion, here I go... into the blog-sphere.
